ART SEEDS | Art + Poetry Salon: Friday, September 15, 8 PM

Friday, September 15, 8 PM, $35

Join Vessel Gallery for an assemblage of notable literary figures, MK Chavez and Nina Lindsay, and artist David Burke. Like the epic salons of the past, we'll spend the gathering conversing on art, poetry, and today's philosophical quandaries. The evening will begin with a talk by local and exhibiting artist David Burke. Then local poets will read a selection of their published works, which explore similar themes of crumbling environments and dystopian identities. We'll finish the gathering with lively conversation about the art and signature cocktails inspired by Burke's exhibition "Mined Matters."
